Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you print shirts?
We don't print shirts, we only design them. We highly recommend our friends at Gnar City Custom Printing. They have masterfully printed a ton of designs we've created for our clients. They offer competitive prices and fast shipping. Let them know we sent you!

Q: Do you make gear?
We don't produce the gear itself, we just design it. We recommend ask your trainer and peers to connect with someone they trust. The landscape for gear makers always changes, so it's difficult for us to pinpoint someone who is always active and taking new projects.

Q: Do you make websites?
We don't. However, sites like SquareSpace and Wix make it easy for anyone to create a website!

Q: Who is the artist you collaborate with on t-shirt designs?
That's Juan Ortiz at Of the Dead Designs!

Q: Do I contact you or Juan to commission a design?
Either way works! Our collaborations typically see me (Chris) as art director and designer with Juan providing his amazing illustrating talents, while his solo work is all him. My job is to make sure your vision is brought to life as accurately and kickass as possible! Feel free to contact us for a collaborative piece, or reach out to Juan on Facebook or Instagram to work through him directly.

Q: How much do you charge?
We charge depending on the job. Get in touch for a quote!

Q: How does payment work?
For single projects, payment is collected up front.
We also offer monthly rates where payment is collected on the first of the month.

Q: What do payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept payment through PayPal or Facebook messenger. We can accept most major credit/debit cards through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. Checks and money orders are accepted for return clients. Western Union is not accepted. Cash is cool, if we see each other in person.

Q: What is your refund policy?
We issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Once your project is complete, your payment in non-refundable. We will not refund payments if your show is cancelled or you retire before your merch is printed.
